Principles
The offered courses are designed to teach that subtle dance and focus on experiential learning where participants experience and practice coaching instead of just talking about it. CTI's coaching curriculum is designed to integrate Co-Active coaching competencies deeply in your being rather than in your head, so that you can be responsive in the moment to a variety of client types and needs. Once you have completed this curriculum you will have the ability to coach with confidence in your own personal, authentic style.

Program
The core curriculum consists of five courses. Each course is a three-day intensive course based on experiential learning. The total co-active coaching curriculum has been accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF). Fundamentals is CTI's foundational Co-Active Coaching skills course. Whether you are interested in using coaching skills in your current profession, considering a career in coaching or just wanting to improve your communication with the important people in your life Co-Active Coaching: Fundamentals (CTI) could be something for you.

Hands-on training provides a powerful introduction to the techniques and skills of Co-Active Coaching. The focus is on participation and practical experience rather than lecture, with numerous opportunities to coach and receive feedback on your newly acquired coaching skills. At the end of the course you will have a very clear idea just how coaching might fit into your life. The co-active workshops will be given in English by two experienced international coaches of the Coaches Trainings Institute (CTI).
