S&N International follows a step-by-step approach to deliver a complete menu of consulting services and tailor-made, on-site training solutions at our client organisations. Our project teams comprise project managers, trainers and coaches with extensive international experience, who collaborate closely with the client to manage the entire training process.

Step 1: Needs assessment
We conduct a complete analysis of the client organisation and its area of need and then work with the client to assess the most effective way to reach the desired goals.

Step 2: Proposal
We develop a proposal for training and/or consultancy services based on the client’s needs assessment.

Step 3: Design & Preparation
Collaborating with the client, we design and prepare tailor-made training courses, consultancy, facilitation or coaching.

Step 4: Pilot Delivery and Fine-tuning
We deliver a pilot program to test the effectiveness of the proposed training solution and to further fine-tune it.

Step 5: Delivery
Once the pilot is completed and evaluated, we implement a complete programme of training, consultancy, facilitation or coaching, carefully calibrated to the client’s needs.

Step 6: Evaluation
As the programme progresses, we closely monitor its quality and evaluate trainers’ performance and participants’ feedback.
Based on all feedback, we offer suggestions for changes, improvements and follow-up.

Step 6 may lead again back to Step 1 as new or additional needs arise that trigger the need for another training/consultancy cycle.

Global Learning Modalities
At S&N International, we aim to translate our clients’ global goals into an effective, customised approach within the client organisation. This requires a thorough dialogue, on-going consultation and a good understanding of the organisation’s specific learning needs.

Based on this dialogue and needs assessment, we offer three types of corporate learning modalities to global companies:

  1. International Management Development Programmes
    Feature professionals from various countries who work at comparable levels in the organisation, coming together in one location to follow a joint Management Development Programme (usually the programme focuses on generic business skills, interpersonal skills and/or other themes selected by the client organisation);
  2. Global Results/Local Approach
    A programme that aims to achieve overall global goals by using local approaches. The learning programmes are locally implemented using local trainers, local language and adapted to the local learning styles;
  3. Diversity Programmes
    A range of programmes dealing with cultural diversity within client organisations. This can mean, for example, team building for multicultural teams, strengthening competencies in intercultural communication, or leadership training for multicultural groups.
