Short description

Target group
This training is for staff executives and personnel officers, middle managers, project managers and change managers. Do you want to gain insight in how you can influence and manage staff, in the way your organisation requires? Are you looking for new ways to ‘win people over’, ways that suit you and get results for both you and your organisation? That is exactly what this training will bring you.

Course content
During this training, you will enjoy combinations of theory and practice. The exercises will be based on your personal business circumstances. The first part of the course is an exercise in self-analysis: what is your current style and how can you develop it further? In the second part, we focus on the theory of various influencing styles and corresponding behavioural skills and strategy: the basic skills, essential for effective influencing in specific situations? The course also examines non-verbal communication.  Expect thorough personal feedback and tips that will be most helpful in practice. 

Results
You will gain insight into your own styles of influencing and learn to apply various influencing styles with flexibility. You will master verbal and non-verbal communication skills and be able to make strategic choices and recognise the effects of different influencing styles. You will be able to deal with a wide range of situations effectively and with respect, without having to use your official authority.
