Target group To participate in this course, you should be a manager having been responsible for directing a change process for some time. You may feel the need to reflect on your approach, skills, influencing style and communication style. You are currently managing a change process or restructuring a process that has become bogged down.
Course contentIn addition to brief theoretical introductions to various aspects of change management, this training focuses on the change process that you are currently leading and you will be working with your own personal practice as your case.

Results You will be able to analyse the phase of change your organisation is currently in, your own role within this change process and the steps that need to be taken. You will become familiar with the various styles you can adopt in guiding the change process and you will know which style best fits a particular situation. You will learn how to inspire and mobilise your team members. You will develop your skills in recognising and effectively dealing with opposition within the team. You will develop a good understanding of the ‘politics’ involved in change processes and will able to successfully deal with these aspects as a manager.
