Short description

Target group
As a participant in this course, you seek to act more decisively during meetings and increase the effectiveness of meetings you chair or take part in. You also wish to learn more about meeting processes and aspects involved.

Course content
The course will be based on your own business circumstances. After a short theoretical introduction, you will participate in practical exercises and role plays. The meeting process takes centre stage throughout the course. How to increase the effectiveness of your meetings? What can be your role?
