Short description

Training leadership of project management

A fully tailor-made project management course can be made available.

Successful project management combines three aspects: a professional approach to leading a project (the ‘ME’ component), collaboration and managing relations (how to work together, the ‘WE’ component) and use of the right management tools (the ‘IT’ component). This training starts with IT in module 1: the methods and techniques of project management. ME and WE are part of module 2.
