Based on an elaborate case, this training will help you gain insight in the decision making around projects from a ‘political’ point of view. During the training, you will have every opportunity to exchange experiences and discuss insights in a fraternal environment.
Target group This training is aimed at Project managers with responsibility for steering strategic projects. You will need experience in project management and knowledge built during, for example, our ‘Project Management for Project and Team Leaders’ or ‘Project Management Leadership’ trainings.
