Our PRINCE2™ trainings

Over the past years PRINCE2™ has become the project management standard for the British government and many private national and international companies.  The current PRINCE2™ version was originally developed as a standard in 1996 by the CCTA (Central Computer and Telecommunications Agency) for all British government projects, but has meanwhile become a standard for many other projects.   Schouten Training offers you the following PRINCE2™ trainings.

Programme Management Foundation
In addition to PRINCE2™ project management trainings, we also offer Programme Management Foundation, which allows you to obtain the MSP certificate.

PRINCE2™ Overview
This course is meant for line managers and steering committee members. An effective training to get quickly acquainted with the possibilities and consequences of the PRINCE2™ method within your organisation.

PRINCE2™ Foundation
This training is intended for project participants, team leaders and future project leaders. It deals with the principles and terminology of the method and how you can steer and control a project within the framework of a project plan. The course will prepare you for the examination, which can be taken directly after the training.

PRINCE2™ Practitioner 
This training level is for project managers and projects. By means of a case it will take you through the complete life-cycle of a project, from the company objectives, the project set-up and execution all the way to completion. All processes, components and techniques will be discussed. Upon completion you will be prepared for the PRINCE2™ Practitioner examination.

PRINCE2™ Practitioner Examination Training 
This is a follow-up training to the PRINCE2™  Practitioner course, and will more specifically prepare you for the examination.

Project Management Simulation/PRINCE2™ 
This simulation training or ‘Game’ uses a unique method of learning: through a combination of theory and business simulation, you will become familiar with applying project management methods in the teamwork between business, suppliers and customers.
