Target group This training is meant for managers, directors and policy makers, responsible for the strategy, vision and policy all the way to the execution of projects. You realise that working with a simple project approach has its limits where divergent interests interfere with the development of an initiative. You are strongly interested in alternative approaches to motivate people to support. To participate in this training, you should have basic knowledge of project management, particularly with respect to company interests, negotiation and handling conflicts.
