Process Management

Short description

Target group
This training is meant for managers, directors and policy makers, responsible for the strategy, vision and policy all the way to the execution of projects. You realise that working with a simple project approach has its limits where divergent interests interfere with the development of an initiative. You are strongly interested in alternative approaches to motivate people to support. To participate in this training, you should have basic knowledge of project management, particularly with respect to company interests, negotiation and handling conflicts. Experience in managing complex initiatives is preferred.

Course content
The training deals with the following topics:
Process management approach pertaining to project management;
Process management methods and instruments;
Application based on cases;
Exchanging process management experiences of participants.

Results
Upon completion of the training you will clearly recognizing and judging useful approaches of process management situations. You will be able to devise a personal process management approach for the situations you may find yourself in. You will have learned to select and apply the proper process management instruments. You will master the development and planning of complex decision making processes.
