Short description

Certificated Project Manager (CPM)

This course will prepare you for the IPMA Level B examination. During the training you will enjoy reflections on your experience and you will increase your theoretic knowledge to the required level

Target group
This demanding programme is meant for project managers with at least 5 years of experience (3 years  management experience and at least 2 years experience as a project manager of complex projects). To  participate in this training you should be a registered Project Management Professional Level C and/or very experienced with complex projects.

Course content
You will work in sessions applying several different working methods, such as trial assessments and intervision, both for the ‘ME’ and ‘WE’ components of project management. These activities will be directed at building awareness and experience. You will be well prepared for the B certificate examination, with a strong emphasis on composing project reports of projects you have managed in the past

Results
This training will provide you with a good insight in your own competences through reflections on your own experience. You will also master the making of a project description in accordance with the IPMA demands.
