Certificated Project Management Professional (CPMP)

This course will prepare you for the IPMA Level C examination. During the training you will enjoy reflections on your experience and you will increase your theoretic knowledge to the required level. The ‘ME’, ‘WE’ and ‘IT’ components of project management will be extensively discussed. Besides the project management theory, soft skills training are an important part of this course.

Target group 
This training is aimed at project managers. You participate in this programme, you should have completed at least one of the following training courses: PMBoK, Project Management for Project and Team Leaders, or PRINCE2™ Practitioner.

Course content
The training deals with the following topics:

• Project, project management and programme management
• The assessment of a project
• Determination and achieving of project purposes
• Phasing and organising
• Time and money within projects
• Work breakdown structure
• CPM, Gantt chart, PERT
• earned value analysis

Results
After completing this course you will have the theoretic knowledge to comply with level D: Projects and project management, system approach and integration; project purpose and strategy; project set-up and organisation; project control; budget and finances; team formation; and management. You will also have gained a thorough insight in your own competences in these fields, based on reflection of your own experiences.
