Certificated Project Professional (CPP)

This course will prepare you for the IPMA level D examination and covers the basic principles of project management. The theory is based on the demands as specified in the NCB (Netherlands Competence Baseline) of PMI-Holland and is presented in combination with subsidiary cases.

Target group 
This training aims at project leaders, team leaders and project participants. To participate in this training, you should have experience of working in projects. You should also have previously completed a PRINCE2™ Foundation course.

Course content
The training deals with the following topics:

• Definitions of projects, project management and programme management
• Time and money in projects
• Work breakdown structure
• Planning techniques such as CPM, Gantt and PERT
• Earned value analysis
• Team forming
• Interaction with the (internal) client and the members of the project team

Results
