Project Management simulation PRINCE2

Short description

This training does not just provide theoretical knowledge, it also lets participants gain experience with applying the PRINCE2™ project management method and the teamwork between business, suppliers and users. Practical application is done through simulation of the theory.

Target group
You will be a Project Manager, a (upcoming) Project Leader or Project team participant seeking to expand your knowledge and skills in managing projects according to the PRINCE2™ method by means of a game simulation. To participate in this training, you should have experience working in, or managing, projects. 

Course content
The training deals with the following topics:

• The correlation between business, user and supplier according to PRINCE2™
• Overview and features of PRINCE2™ processes, components and techniques
• Roles, tasks and responsibilities within a PRINCE2™ project
• Set-up and content of a product-oriented project plan
• Controlling a project related to the project plan

Results
You will be able to work systematically and goal-oriented according to the PRINCE2™ method. You will be capable of dealing with conflicts of interest within projects. And you will be fully prepared to participate in a project according to the PRINCE2™ method.
