Quality Management

Quality is every ones’ job. Our approach focuses on result-orientation and integration of system knowledge (or ‘hard’ skills) with interpersonal transactional skills (“soft skills”).

Three phases
As quality management matures in an organisation three phases can be recognised, each one building upon the tools learned and culture developed in the preceding phases. Various parts of your organisation will be in a different phase and grow at their own phase. No problem, Schouten Training is used to jump in anytime, anywhere and offers consultancy, training and coaching services for all three phases to organisations and individuals: employees, managers/leaders and professionals.

Focus on strategic factors
Quality starts with effective re-action on problems encountered and develops company-wide into a more preventive mode of quality assurance and process management. Then a climate of continuous improvement is built by engaging employees and installing cross-functional improvement teams using simple quality tools. As the successes come in, focus on the most important strategic factors will provide big step improvements in issues really critical to the customers. Quality Management becomes an indispensible and integral part of managing the organisation and starts to deliver sustainable excellent performance at world class level.
