Target group
This training aims at managers, staff, employees and young talented high potentials. Helping teams and individuals solving problems or improving processes should be an auxiliary role in your job.

Course content
The training deals with the following topics:

  • Basically all topics that are also dealt with in the Leaders’ course, the tools mainly as a quick refresher for most students, with the emphasis on how to learn these on the job
  • Positioning of continuous improvement projects in the development of your organisation
  • Conditions for success of improvement teams
  • Facilitation skills towards the team members, team leader, project sponsor and specialists
  • Knowledge management, team competition, recognition

Results
You will know how to motivate your team members to effectively work together, not just with each other but also with relevant stakeholders, and to deliver the project objectives. You will have full understanding of the basics of systematically improvement in quality control and you will be able to detect the need for support from managers, executives and specialists. You will be ready to lead the opening, interim and final communications with your project sponsors and other stakeholders.
