Short description

Target group
This training is meant for professionals in quality; process owners, heads and members of staff and support departments and quality managers operating at a higher professional educational level.

Course content
The training deals with the following topics:

  • Introduction to Process Management, Process Improvement and Process Excellence
  • Introduction to Process Measurement (KPIs and PIs), Process Assessment and Process Maturity
  • Forming an assessment team and preparing the agenda
  • Process Survey Tools; guiding a team to assess a process in a cross-functional way
  • Improvement planning: guiding a team to turn assessment into a plan and set up projects
  • Guiding the sponsor to monitor, follow through, review progress and evaluate
  • Facilitation and coaching skills

The course is highly interactive, with tutor-led sessions mixed with individual and group exercises. Realistic case studies and role-play activity provide excellent opportunities to practice the required skills.

Results
You will know how to start up an assessment team and you are able to facilitate the team members to come up with a plan for projects on process improvements.
