Commercial Power is a training that will make you self-aware, self-confident and effective in your talks with clients.

Short description

Target group 
This training course is meant for professionals who may know all there is to know about their role within their field of work, but nevertheless would like to feel more confident or confident enough, to promote themselves or the organisation they work for. You probably don’t consider yourself a sales ‘type’. You wish to improve your commercial and promotional skills, so that you can demonstrate your commercial power with confidence and satisfaction.

Course content
The training deals with the following topics:

  • Commercial communication
  • Listening, summarising and asking questions
  • Phases in sales talks
  • Dealing with your own shortcomings
  • Customer relationship management

Results
After the training you will be self-aware, self-confident and effective in your talks with clients. You will be able to make the most out of things. You will learn how to be yourself, and therefore more receptive to your clients. You will prove to be a good listener, and what is more, you take pleasure in doing so.
