After hard work during your study it is time to make up your mind about starting a career and finding a job you really like. Effective personal preparation may be helpful to successful job finding. This workshop helps you to take the next step in your life; a new adventure in life experience. 

Target group
Are you finishing your study and planning to become a jobseeker soon? The training and coaching provided in this workshop will help you to be successful in interviews and to substantially improve your chances to win that challenging job position. 

Workshop Content
This workshop is all about ‘Learning by doing’. You will learn to improve your basic communication skills and how to be relaxed in your presentation. You will practise to communicate your wishes and opinions clearly, and to ask the questions you have. The right reaction at the right moment during an interview is another aspect you will practise in this workshop. The course is run by two trainers, both experts in behavioural change and communication training.

This workshop deals with the following topics:

  • Knowing the Critical Factors for Success in career development (storytelling, exercises and your profile)
  • Enhancing personal competences in communication and presentation (interactive training to be qualified for an interview)
  • Strengthening self control (how to deal with stress and frustration, how to relax and to make an end to fear and resistance)
  • Working on intentions for a personal development (career) plan


Results
In this interactive workshop you will be invited to work on your personal goal-focused achievements; the programme will help you to gain insight into your personal strengths. You will improve your communication and presentation skills. For sure, at the end of the day you will have made up your mind about your personal action career plan.
