Target group
Your performance is generally satisfactory, but in certain situations your actions and communication towards others do not have the effect you had intended. Sometimes, others do not understand you and react in a different way than you had expected. You would like to develop ways in which to show assertiveness without upsetting your relationships with others.

Course content
This training has a strong focus on practical experience. Following various brief theoretical presentations, you will extensively practice your skills, departing from your own professional experience. You will be working on verbal and non-verbal communication, dealing with difficult others, providing and receiving feedback and dealing with unproductive emotions.

Results
Your professional communication skills have improved. You are able to clearly express your wishes and objections, while remaining respectful towards the other party. You show increased self-confidence and your actions are usually based on a conscious decision. Any barriers preventing you from communicating effectively, you can eliminate. You take pride in your active role in the decision-making processes of your organisation.
