Course contentThis training has a strong focus on practical experience. On completing brief theoretical introductions, you will mainly be practising negotiation situations, departing from your own experiences. While doing so, you will tackle the topics of conflict management, principles and phases of negotiation, influencing styles, creativity in problem solving and working under pressure.
