Short description

Target group
As a participant, you should have at least one year of experience in management. You seek to deepen your understanding of your leadership role, in order to capitalise on your own qualities and those available within your team. You wish to perform more efficiently and effectively in the modern economy. To participate in this training, you should have enjoyed a higher vocational education or fulfil an academic level position.

Course content
The training focuses on the main aspects of leadership that play a crucial role in your performance; leading yourself, leading your people and leading the business. In between training blocks, you will participate in self-reflection intermission groups.

The training starts with a personal assessment to create a Personal Performance Score Card of your leadership skills. The trainer will provide you with e-coaching during the training period.

The course comprises of three blocks:
Block 1: Leading my people; daily work of the manager
Block 2: Developing my people, to accomplish better results as an organisation
Block 3: Developing my leadership
