Portfolio of Training

The Portfolio of Training gives a brief introduction to S&N International and our way of working. It also lists workshops / courses which we offer under 5 main headings / training topics:

        1. Working in a Multicultural Environment
        2. Customer Service Skills
        3. Leadership & Management
        4. Personal Development
        5. Organizational Development

Each heading gives what we consider to be an 'essential' workshop on a training topic. As well as the 'essentials' you will see that we have added other training courses linked to the training subject. These cover areas either not dealt within the 'essentials' course or go into more detail and depth on certain specific subjects.

Please note that these workhops are 'off the shelf' established courses. Having said that one of our unique selling points is our ability to tailor workshops to the specific needs of our customers... wherever that may be in the world.

Therefore all the workshops mentioned in the portfolio can be tailored in terms of content and also facilitation technique. This last point could be of particular relevance bearing in mind that cultural differences can mean a different style or approach may be needed depending on where a workshop is to be given.
