General Manager
Schouten China, a Chinese company offering training in personal and organisational development, is inviting applications for the post of General Manager based in Beijing. As we wish to ensure that our internal organisational culture is in line with the aims of the services we intend to provide to clients and organisations, we are looking for a Chinese national (M/F) with the following competencies:

• Proven track record (at least 2 years working experience in an international company) in managerial competence, with a focus on open style of management
• Experience in managing professionals/trainers is an advantage
• People-oriented manager
• Relationship-building skills
• Business goal and result-oriented
• Financial management experience
• Self-starters, trusted team members, highly motivated
• Excellent English communication & writing skills
• Presentation skills
• Negotiation skills
• Personal commitment to the need for our services to improve the well being of Chinese and international companies
• No job hoppers
• Entrepreneurial
• Innovative
• Generating business from new accounts and capable of steering customer relationships into multi million dollar engagements
• Building credibility and gaining market share in the territory
• Willing to travel in- and outside of China
